  • File & furnish Forms W-2 to employees and the Social Security Administration (SSA).
  • File & furnish Forms 1099-NEC for non-employee compensation of $600 or more.
  • File Form 941 (Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return) for Q4 2024.
    ⏳ Extended deadline: February 10, 2025, if taxes were timely deposited.
  • File Form 940 (Employer’s Annual FUTA Tax Return) for 2024.
    Extended deadline: February 10, 2025, if deposits were made on time.

  • Post OSHA Form 300A (Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) in a visible workplace area. Remains posted through April 30, 2025.

  • Employees claiming withholding exemption must submit a new Form W-4 for 2025.
