In 1986, Tom co-founded what is now the largest privately-owned insurance brokerage in Canada, with more than 1,500 employees. Then in 1995, Tom founded InterContinental Insurance Brokers, which delivered 25 years of sustained growth and was acquired by Venbrook in 2021. Since joining Venbrook, Tom has doubled his revenue and expanded his territory coast to coast.
Tom holds a B.S. in Economics from Boston University.
